Zeis Consulting is the result of years of service in the construction industry. Having worked in disaster relief and affordable housing both nationally and abroad, as well as the private sector, it doesn’t take much to start seeing gaps and holes in a system that home and business owners rely on to recover from catastrophic loss or simply manage large scale renovation and construction projects. It is my mission to provide the services necessary help fill these gaps. This includes document management, professional estimating (Xactimate 28), and forensic estimating (estimating for purposes specific to catastrophic loss).

I believe the success of a community needs to include the successes of both the individuals and businesses that reside there. When called upon to provide services, whether for property owners/managers , industry professionals, or municipalities it is always my intention to seek results based outcomes for all sides. When dealing with catastrophic loss this often means communicating with the property owner, construction personnel, design professionals, attorneys and in some cases, case managers and advocacy groups. The intention always is to form a cohesive unit to aid in the momentum of the project.
Paper burden is a primary area where the system can come to an abrupt halt. By providing services to help manage the paperwork flow, service providers can focus on doing what they do best whether it’s wielding a hammer or drafting plans.
